So, apparently, the stereotypical “babe” is attracted to manly men. The kind that play basketball, the kind that are into sports (except maybe not soccer), the jocks. Right?
But look, there aren’t a great deal of things more manly than computer programming! Think about it. Computer programmers are pretty much always men! The profession is totally masculine! On the other hand, with sports, you have female compliments in all sorts of cases. With men’s basketball, you get women’s basketball. Same with baseball and an abundance of other sports. That kind of duality simply does not exist in the programming field due to the sheer manliness that is required of being a programmer!
Yet even though it is quite clear that programmers are – by incredible magnitudes – more masculine than any jock, ladies aren’t constantly flocking around us! What gives!
